“An absolutely new idea is one of the rarest things known to man.”
– H.L. Mencken
At the age of eight, Chris was kicked out of a local kid’s club called the Good Guys for fighting, but he’s not a bad guy. He was grounded a lot, so he took up reading and drawing to pass the time. His musician father encouraged him to learn piano and some music theory, and this discipline cured the bulk of his delinquency.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (to make Mom happy) at the University of Georgia, he spent most of his energy learning about multimedia, sound design and illustration principles. His experience with an events company is where he jumped from stagecraft and sign layout to multimedia design and eventually video production, VFX, 3D animation and motion design.
When he’s been awake too long, he mutters about bird law, complains about traffic and talks at length with the shop cat, Graybo.
